True Heart® is a unique, interactive vending opportunity. The technology is well proven for over a decade in several European countries and we are pleased to now be bringing this style of interactive retail to the UK.

The True Heart® experience is in essence, a single, randomly dispensed, packaging-free vend from a collection of eighteen, pocket-sized hearts; each hand-finished from natural, mineral crystal gemstone.

The Hearts are contained in a bespoke, state-of-the-art vending machine. The top part of the machine contains our interactive POS graphic; a key feature of the True Heart® experience.

Once the customer receives their gemstone Heart, they can instantly reference it on the interactive POS for a brief description of the gem’s properties. They then have the option to scan a QR code that takes them to our website, which has more in-depth detail on their stone and it’s story. True Heart® is perfect for the UK market due to the recent increase in popularity and appreciation of crystals.
