We use state-of-the-art technology developed and built in our manufacturer’s European facility. Being totally integrated, the True Heart® machine offers a fun, accessible experience designed to engage the user.
True Heart® recognizes that this engaging, positive experience is just as important for the site owner’s business as it is for the customer.
Holding a high stock volume of pocket-sized hearts without any packaging, our machines accept either contactless or coin mechanism payment. By Summer 2023 we are launching a combination of both for an improved customer experience.
Our vending machines
Our machine stands at five feet high and two feet wide at the base, fitting easily into most locations.
Dimensions: Tube 300mm Diameter. Base 650mm Height approx 1525mm
Partners don’t need to devote any time to maintenance or replenishment; our True Heart® team will attend to restocking and maintaining our machines.
True Heart® machines are ultra-low energy consumption, running from a domestic 13A power supply. The coin-only machine costs only a few pence per day to run the internal LED lights. The contactless and combination payment variants only using power during a contactless vend.
The base of the True Heart® machine and the Contactless module offer potential branding or advertising space for our selected partners. We have the ability to brand a machine specifically for a hosts location.
True Heart® are very flexible and offer a range of payment packages for our partners and hosts.

We’ve found from our experience in Europe that wherever a machine is sited, the Hearts are a source of interest for both individuals and groups, and are an attraction in their own right.
The appeal is to a broad demographic, with both young and old showing a keen interest, often with a single user making multiple purchases.
Our unique vending mechanism ensures the customer receives a single gemstone Heart without unnecessary packaging; being totally plastic free.
Still new in Europe, this is proving a popular winning formula, with a current TikTok video filmed at Berlin Airport having upward of 4 million views.
